Requesting Feature/Workaround: Native Audio Submix Sink / Mastering Bus for Live Streaming

Hello! I am running the latest updated version of OBS Studio and need to set up a specific audio pipeline.

I have 3 specific inputs (Microphone, Camera audio, and an .mp4 Media Source) that need to be always-live and combined together into a single bus. This combined mix needs to run through a final VST/Filter stage before being sent to the live stream and the recorder.

Zero-Latency: High-latency virtual cables or network loopbacks cause lip-sync issues with the video.

Desktop Audio Isolation: I can't use the "Desktop Capture" output capture workarounds because standard desktop/game audio ends up leaking into the mastering chain.

As we know, OBS is built for isolation/multi-tracking (splitting sources into Tracks 1-6), but it lacks a native way to process the final mix, before hitting the streaming encoder/recorder. The last stage before the recorder and/or streamer is where the processing needs to go, preserving the mix, rather the trying to process each input (which fails because of the CPU load and it just doesn't sound right since it changes the dynamics of each input, rather than the sum.

There are a lot of great features with OBS studio--truly amazing what it does without massive CPU overhead. Its surprising that audio processing can't be applied to the audio chain just ahead of the final output.

If anyone knows a workaround here, it would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks!
