[Request] Hook a application within a application

Currently I found that many Android VM use this type so OBS Studio can't hook them
For example: BlueStacks have BlueStacks.exe (empty) and HD-Frontend.exe (It rendering images so I need to hook it), OBS Studio can see BlueStacks.exe but not HD-Frontend.exe (because it's in BlueStacks.exe) so how I can hook HD-Frontend.exe?

You're probably going to be limited to using display capture instead. I doubt that "hooking an application within an application" is something that would be implemented any time soon, if ever.
