Question / Help Request for Stream Log Review

Hello,

I've been having stream issues for several months now. I bought a new computer with a better graphics card. The info for the computer will but posted below. I'm still having issues with dropped frames. In many instances, OBS simply disconnects while I stream. I recently contacted my ISP and asked to have the connection reset and monitored for a week to see if perhaps new equipment is needed from their end. Here is log of about 5 minutes of wired gameplay from a console.

Suggestions on settings/ possible solutions are greatly appreciated. I've done hours of troubleshooting trying to fix this issue up to this point. But I will repeat any troubleshooting processes needed if a glaring issue is identified.

There is no stream attempt in that log.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
