Was just hoping to suggest a feature like this:
Based on the text region size (Custom Region), allow it to scroll IFF the text doesn't fit within the region.
For example I'm using text scrolling to show song information on the stream. Some tracks are Very long and require a scroll, but some are very short and looks odd when scrolling.
Not sure if using the "Wrap" check to make it scroll might be one way to do it. (IE. If it wraps, scroll instead).
