(REPOST) Audio sounds like its in a room

I have a issue with the audio on my recordings and after some testing i found out that my headset has really bad quality audio but when i use my monitors built in speakers it sounds perfectly normal. I cant record using my monitors speakers as the output because it has no sound in it but the speakers are really weak so I cant hear much through them. heres my obs log file
 
If you have audio enhancements enabled on your headset, including surround sound, those cause this behavior.
 
ive had this headset for a while and razer doesnt pick it up anymore so i cant really change the surround sound settings. I think it might be an issue with my headset but I cant really know for sure
 
Ive just found a solution but its only for the output of the recording. if i go to the playback device>properties>advanced then disable audio enhancements the recording is normal however it sounds bad for me when recording.
