Question / Help Replay Buffer?

Can some one give me a gui or something to know how to use the new feature of replay.
And how do i load a replay in to the stream?

How to use the Replay Buffer?

Edit: To load the video into your stream afterwards you could use the video source plugin or just capture a video player.
