replay buffer - Why no lossless recording

Why is there no option for lossless recording while using replay buffer?
also i would like to bind more "save replay" buttons, instant of having only the option for just saving one "time".

e.g.
f1 = save the last minute
f2 = save last 2min
f3 = save last 5min
....

I created a thread a while ago asking if the reply feature could be saved to HDD rather than RAM as this is a nice feature in Shadowplay i.e. continual recording and just press the hotkey when you want to save the last 10mins.
