Replay Buffer-Replay Time

Hey,
my Replay Buffer Replay Time is set to 120sec but when I press the button to capture the last 120sec my OBS clips the last 57sec and when I try to change it to 100sec it still just clips the last 57sec.
Can anybody please help me?
