Replay Buffer Problems

First let me be clear about my situation. I dual boot bettween two nvme drives. One with linux kubuntu and the other with widows 10. That way I can play games like BF2042, or Delta Force in win10 and the rest I play in linux. Anyway, I've never had one problem with OBS before the last patch. After the new patch, both on windows 10 and linux kubuntu replay buffer wont save anything that was recorded in game. If I stay in the desktop it does it just fine. It's the moment I go inside any game that I press to save clip and it wont do it. If I tell it to record the entire gameplay it does it just fine. But, it's replay buffer that has a problem. Please, can you guys fix this soon. I use this feature a lot.

You are probably running on Wayland. Hotkeys will not work when OBS is not in focus.

I thought about that since I have kubuntu and I went to my windows 10 dual boot and it has same problem. Also, I never had any problems before this patch. It all started after the patch

actually I just fixed windows 10 by setting to run as administrator. So most likely its wayland. Are they ever fixing OBS to work with wayland?
