Replacing computer

Is there a config file I can copy to the new computer that transfers all the settings?

Scene Collection > Export... to copy your scene.

*IF* you are using plugins, the settings for those plugins may be stored elsewhere, and would be a plugin-by-plugin research on migrating config to new system
