Repeated Crashes

OBS repeatedly crashes. Usually the first thing to happen is the twitch chat goes all white, followed by OBS ceasing to work, the game then goes not responding followed by windows itself. This either force shuts down the computer in some instances or I have to force shutdown myself. I have uploaded the crash log, I would appreciate some help trouble shooting.

Edit: to clarify I have reinstalled OBS, NVidia drivers, checked for windows updates.

Still happens with no plugins installed.

System is

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Nvidia Geforce 3060
16gb RAM
Windows 10, 64 bit.

Causes multiple crashes to other applications such as chrome, mozilla firefox, games, steam. One of many error messages (all show different error references)

Streamlabs seems to be stable so issue surrounds OBS studio. Would any developers be able to provide some extra troubleshooting steps?
