Question / Help Rendering Lag While Streaming

Haven't streamed in a couple weeks and now am having some pretty bad rending lag on OBS.
Tried almost everything at this point and I'm down to just reinstalling OBS and starting from scratch with the same issue.

If I stream and only have the capture card in my scene (GV-USB2) then it works fine with no lag. If I add anything else to my scene then it will lag while streaming. In this example, I tested from a fresh install of OBS. Added my capture card with some settings tweaks and then a single image and this is what I got:
https://obsproject.com/logs/VT2gWKFanNnYCSL-
Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 329 (35.4%)

Also tried with integrated graphics running OBS instead of my dedicated card:
https://obsproject.com/logs/dY0JevA0K5kLRKeu
Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 170 (15.9%)

And then after removing the image from my scene (no lag):

Pretty sure my laptop should be easily overkill to stream some old school console games off a capture card. Haven't had any issues with it before now.
You probably see in the logs that I'm running 3 monitors but I also tried without any external displays and it still was lagging.

Update:
Problem was files and recordings were stored on a network drive. While I remember being surprised that using a network drive for all of my assets and recordings worked fine... I guess I more surprised that after a year it's decided to randomly not work smoothly anymore.

Update again:
I have found the problem now. Amazon Basics usb ethernet adapter is trash I guess (even though I am using it right now and I get internet fine). Tried swapping it for a USB-C ethernet dongle I've got and everything was fixed. Unfortunately I need that usb-c slot for my monitors so I guess I'll try buying a different USB ethernet dongle and hope it works. Will report back

Final update:
Ethernet dongle needed a driver update lmao it's fixed
