I have been trouble-shooting this issue for 3 days now. Whenever I stream a game I get unbearable stuttering and lag due to rendering. I have never experienced this issue before using OBS even with lower-end equipment. (See Log)
Things I have tried:
Clean Install GPU Drivers
Clean Install OBS Studio
OBS Studio Previous versions
OBS Classic
Reducing bitrate
Swapping from NVENC to X264 (Software)
Lowering In-Game Graphics (At no point does FPS dip below 60)
Enabling V-Sync
(Many more)
I'd like to note that although game frames never drop below 60, the preview on OBS Studio dips significantly.
