Hello,
I have been streaming with the same settings for a while with no issues. I just updated to 23.0.2 and now I get a constant "Frames missed due to rendering lag" at a rate of 5 frames every 2 seconds like clockwork. This is whenever OBS is open, I don't even have to be running any game, streaming, or recording. I have attached a ss of the count just from having the program open. Also, when I do start a stream, a stream test shows I am streaming at a constant 6000 rate, but I start dropping frames like crazy due to encoding or rendering. I attached a log of my test stream as well. As I stated, I kept all my settings exactly how they were prior to the update, and the only thing that changed was updating to 23.0.2. I get the same exact issue now whether I use NVENC (old or new) or x264.
Edit: I added another ss from the time I started the thread until it was posted, and you can see they are still incrementing.
