Question / Help Rendering Frames with Good PC

Hello friends !
I'm actually streaming with a:
1) CPU : i7 7820x 3.6 GHz
2) GPU : 1080 TI
3) RAM : 32GB
4) I play on a 1440p/144fps screen at 1440p resolution, scaling the stream to a resolution of 900p/60fps.
5) Bitrate : 7300.
Streaming on NVENC. Why not streaming with a x264, well unfortunately every 15 sec I will have like a stutter in my game (not on stream) which will take me from 144 FPS to 90. Pretty hard to play with stutters fast paced games, so I stick to Nvenc.
So even tho the computer is really good, I still have around 2% of Frames Missed due to Rendering Lag as you can see on the pictures. For this session, I was playing Dead Space 2 which is not the most ressources consuming game lol.
I would love to know if you guys could help me. Here are all the details I could gather :
A) Stats at the end of the session : https://imgur.com/a/uDV21CJ
B) Output Settings : https://imgur.com/a/wrAPNkd
C) Last OBS log : https://hastebin.com/afopadixuf.http
Thanks so much for your help, and have a wonderful day !

Having your Twitch stream running while also having OBS and a game open will cause you to lag frames when the game is in focus. Windows allocates the GPU resources towards the game and browser and starves OBS, causing it to lag.

You have your YUV Color Range set to Full, it should be on Partial. Full will cause your colors to display incorrectly, super dark. Video players are expecting Partial colors because it is the broadcast standard.
It's unnecessary to have a game capture source for every game, you only need 1.
If you are having issues with games not capturing when using a single source launch OBS as administrator.

You have Game DVR turned on, turn it off (Windows+I/Gaming/Game DVR

You also have an issue with your second video capture device source
