Remuxing leaving all files

HI, when I make a screen capture video, the program remuxes to mp4 but also leaves the mkv file behind. I've looked in settings but can't find anywhere to tick to delete the mkv files after remuxing. I know it's not a big issue, but it would help me if someone could tell mehow to get it to do this?

That can be done when you manually remux from within the files menu. It's just to prevent you to accidentally delete an mkv if the mp4 goes corrupted. It's not common but could happens.
