Remux mkv to mov settings?

Is there a way to maybe toggle a setting in OBS to make an mkv to automatically remux into a mov file instead of automatically remuxing to an mp4? Because I want to try out recording in av1 but av1 isn't supported in the "Fragmented mov" container

There is no much difference in robustness of the Fragmented mp4 format vs mkv. Both can withstand unscheduled interruption of the writing.
