Question / Help Removing Black Bar at bottom of screen?

I have my the 'Base Resolution' set to 1920x1200 and 'Resolution Downscale' set to 1.50 (1280x800) in the main settings as my 360 is set to 720p and this is the max capture res for my StarTech PCI capture card. But have noticed when i preview the stream and 'Edit Scene' im always left with a black bar across the bottom of the screen. How can i remove this bar so my capture display fills the whole screen?

Set your base resolution to 1280x720.

I thought it was ideal to set it to your monitors desktop res?...but i guess if the xbox is only outputting 720p that would make sense. Do i want to be using the 'Use Point Filtering' option?

Point scaling will only affect the image if you are actually scaling the source, it will do nothing if your scene and your console output are both 1280x720.
