Question / Help Remove pixelation on fast movement

Hi guys,

I now stream for few months with OBS. I tried a lot of setting, read a lot of guide/howto and i think i figured out what should be my setting and manage to get an excellent quality from what i expected at the start.

There's still however something i can't find how to adjust. On my stream, on fast camera movement, i often get pixelation. Like if the stream quality would go down for a second and then get back to normal. It's not huge, but just enough to notice it when in full screen. On normal Twitch stream video size, it's nearly impossible to see it.

What can i do to remove this pixelation ?

I will try to provide as much info as i can to help you out the best.

Hardware

Streaming a high motion game isn't going to look good at 1080p. 720p30 at 3500 Kbps is about as good as the game is going to look on a stream, and it will always look worse to you because you spend the majority of your time looking at the source content and not the stream output.
