Rekordbox + Vb Cable + OBS (Echo Problem)

I am new here, and would be extremely grateful for some help.

I am willing to pay for help on this issue, I can send bitcoin. I am using the following set-up

Macbook pro - Monterey
Rekordbox latest
Vb-cable to output from rekordbox
Audio input in OBS set as vb cable

I have connected OBS to restream, and from there I go out to mixcloud, twitch, etc.

I am getting a horrible echo but not always.

Can I any body help please?? Id be most grateful, I have a live show meant to start in one hour :)

Are you using any type of controller/mixer?

A bit late for the show sorry, but what is your VB-cable setup? Do you have any aggregate inputs which might be picking up your monitor or stream window audio?

When you say echo, can you provide an example of exactly what you mean?
