Hi, these are my pc cpecs

CPU - AMD A10-5700 (4 core, 3.4 GHz)

RAM - 12GB

GPU - MSI R9 270x 2GB

Before obs was running smoothly, but now after i installed new windows 10(before had also windows 10) its not working, high cpu usage e.c.t. Just 1 week ago with the same options in obs - 1080x720p 30f/s veryfrast cpu usage, i mean all the same. what have i done wrong - i played witcher 3 and fallout 4 and dota 2, except CS:GO i couldnt stream before also, but for the rest all games were streamable back then, now even with the dota and without mozzila browser(before with it) - obs frezing and complaining about high cpu usage. I mean whats happened between now and then? What can i do to make obs work as before? please help!

here i9s some more logs in case you need them - by the way in logs analizator it says that my cpu is some APU CPU, well am not ashore if its true - coz on my specs it doesnt say that its APU CPU, and other part, logs say that i use crossfire, well that also not true - i have integreted radeon hd videokaart that i use for second monitor trough dual grafhiks in BIOS and the second videokaart is for gaming, but they are not crossfired. PLease resolve this, allready 4 days of pain and suffer and no stream!

I think noone answers you because they dont want to state the obvious. Your CPU was never able to handle 720p30 at max 360p30. You might have gotten away streaming 720p30 with Browser Games but thats about it. Low clocked Corespeed and a "moduled" Dualcore since AMD calls it 1 Modul 2 Threads

...i have no words - some guy coming to my threads and saying that i cant stream at those specs, but guess what - i did! Would you like to check it on youtube before i had the problem, you technicius genius?

100% sure you did not stream anything like Lol/Dota/CSGO with your current OBS Settings without having horrible ingame Performance.

you were probably using either super or ultrafast Preset. if you tried streaming 720p30 everything else just exceeds your CPU capabilities.

am 100% shore - dota 2, lol (except CS:Go) - you can find all this streams at my youtube for almost hal year at HD resolution no lags or freezing so far, and now you tell me that its impossible

You do realize that you didnt post your Youtube once, neither did you Post one of your old Logfiles.

With your current Settings and all your latest Logfiles it is not possible to stream with this CPU and now have massive Issues, thats why i mentioned Super or Ultrafast Preset but apparently you are the one not really able to read.

As a sidenote Scene Buffering Time should be set to default which is 700, might help a bit and for Twitch streaming you should use the Main instead of the High Profile.

apparantly you think that i lie - so here is my youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiUz4acknQThL4i-TTGPkSg
i did upload log files as you can see above. The thing is that before i runed older version of obs i think, an dits never telss me about high cpu usage even if it was, on youtube everything alright, so why now that OBS tells me about high cpu usage and frezes picture even if CPU at 90% of its usage?

an you saying to change options to super or ultrafast... Why should i do that if i was streaming on default options? i even took better internet like 150MBps, becoz i wanted to improve my stream.. and now turns out that i cant stream with my CPU... Hell noooo!

Really weird sutters and laggs.

Fps look sluggish.

Depending on how old your OBS Version was it didnt give you any Info about the Encoder, but for several Versions it does when the Encoder starts to run into Peaks, caused by your CPU not able to handle the load.

By now you could have tested streaming 720p30 with ultrafast Preset and Scene Buffering Time of 700.

You are using a faster Preset so your CPU is able to properly encode without decreasing Ingame Performance nor having High Encoding Warnings. Internet Upgrade doesnt really help at all since "suggested" Limit for Partners is at ~3500 and for non Partners ~2000 which is plenty for 720p30 on Games like LoL and Dota2

there is defenitly something wrong... i even tried to overclock my CPU(before not), but even then OBS gives the same issue no matter how fast CPU runs, its just blocking the process with that high CPu notition....

x264 takes more advantage of Threads and not Corespeed, but the Combination of low Clockspeed and low Amount of Threads doesnt help either, but a higher Clockspeed with low Amount of Threads is barely any better.

its ok if it only gives me information but i looked at youtube after that all started, it also frezes the picture... it does not before
