Regular OBS crashes

I have been experiencing a crash of OBS practically every time I stream. If I ignore the notification, the stream will remain live and usually doesn't impact anything. Occasionally, it will eventually close out on its own. I have done a complete uninstall/reinstall, but the issue did not resolve itself.

I have no idea how to interpret it, so I have no idea how to try an resolve the issue. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

this would be the win-capture-audio plugin crashing. given it hasn't been maintained for years and OBS has built in application audio capture sources I would recommend removing it entirely.
