Question / Help Regular OBS Crashes within ~1 Minute of Opening Program

I have been having these crashes regularly for about the last two weeks. I have currently installed the hotfix for the launch crash which I believe in the latest version of OBS.

Looks like the crash is caused by the tuna.dll plugin, try updating or removing it.
