Salve, ho registrato lo schermo del computer, però dopo 10 minuti mi sono accorto che non ho registrato l'audio del desktop e possibile recuperare l'audio perso?
 
Probably not. There's a very small chance that it ended up on Track 2 or something like that, while everything defaults to playing Track 1, but if you (or someone else) didn't explicitly set it up that way, then it probably didn't.

Test everything, especially your own settings, and re-record.

I have already saved the video recording, if the recorded video I paste it on Obs can't I go back to the audio?
 
If you didn't record it, then it's not recorded. You can't get back what wasn't saved.

As an audio guy, I imagine a sound booth with physical gear that I can hook up as needed. One of those things is a recorder. If a signal didn't get to the recorder, it's just gone.
