Question / Help Regarding the beeping noise when I use OBS

I am having problem w/ the audio static sound (beeping sound) when my channel is quiet.

The audio doesn't really sound fluid on your stream. Disable windows audio enhancements for the playback devices and the mic used by obs http://technicallyeasy.net/2010/09/how- ... windows-7/ and set your audio format to cd quality.

I tried, but i couldn't find the options to it, somehow I couldn't see the enhancement page
