Most streamers have this problem as well, but it's not that bad. I just want to know if it's possible to clear up my stream.

OS: Windows 8
CPU: i7 3770 (no overclock)
GPU: HIS 7870 Iceq turbo
Ram: 8GB
Upload (according to testmy.net): 4.3mbps

(I could try 3500 bitrate)
Any other info you need let me know

Pixelation is caused by not enough bit rate to spread out to all the data that is changing for each frame. The best way to clear up pixelation is to raise bit rate, use a slower x264 preset (faster or fast), stream at a lower frame rate, or streaming at a lower resolution.

Well, you are playing a 3rd person game where you move the full screen around a lot, with lots of spell effects and stuff on screen, while trying to stream 720p60fps. That's pretty rough on the encoder. I would recommend maybe going down to 48fps and doing the Fast preset, you should have enough CPU power for that.
