My friends and i own a twitch tv channel were we take turns stream gameplay. We watch who is streaming through twitch while using a team speak 3 server to communicate because we are not in the same state. The problem with this is twitch has such a huge delay 20-30 seconds. Once we see what has happens we talk about it but because of twitchs delay the conversation is 20-30 seconds late on the stream. I would like to find some way for us to reduce the delay some how so when we are talking the delay is not so large so its less confusing for viewers. I would like some help to see if anyone has any ideas or trick they use.

Well, the only way would be to setup a second stream between you and your friend, that has a very low delay, so you could instantly talk. Then Twitch will add its 20-30 seconds as usual but the viewers will not notice it that much.

I was thinking we could use a program that has screensharing. I have already tried teamviwer and skype you cant adjust the quality much so its laggy. Anyone know of any altenatives?

You could check some of Jack0r's guides to set up a direct RTMP stream from you to your friend (or vice versa) in addition to what you send to Twitch. I've never done it, but I'm pretty sure there's a guide to doing it.
