Question / Help Red5 Server

Is there any guideon setting up Red5/ apache and a video player like flowplayer.

So I can use OBS to stream to Red5 server and then on the Red5 server I run apache/php and have a page with flowplayer to stream the video?

I have a webserver and I have Red5 installed and working ie I can connect to the localhost:5080 port its on and see the default demos they all work... ( its poorly documented and not lot of help on using it) infact its bloody awful.. but I'm hoping maybe someone can share some info on how get it working for what I'm trying to do with it.

What would the stream url to Red5 server look like? so i can at least see that OBS can send a stream to it?
