Red Ping in OBS

Hello.
14 January i got a problem with Red ping in my OBS while streaming. every day i have red ping. Stream is buffering and lagging very much.
I cant understand why, i did talk with my internet provider he said my connection is fine.
Can you help me please ?

The log file has no output session which is needed. You can't see what's not there and we need to check the network problems you have.
90% of the time the issue comes from your ISP. 9% of the time is due to a third party app or hardware issues. 0.99% of the time is due to a Windows misconfiguration.

Why i didnt get output session and how i can get it ?

Restart OBS. Click on stream, do as you normally do streaming for no less than 30 seconds, stop the stream. Now upload the current log file and post the URL in here.

Your network isn't good enough. It's a simple 100mbps
21:22:39.302: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Interface: Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V #2 (ethernet, 100↓/100↑ mbps)

You need to reduce the output resolution and the kbps
720p at 30 fps and no more than 3500 kbps should work.

Modern internet connections are 1000 mbps, and new ones goes up until 2.5 gbps. For this to work you need a modem/router, network cable and network adapter to be compatible with this.

I did output resolution and the kbps right ? This didnt help me ((

Also. today i was using new router with 5G, and this didnt help me(
