Red indicator on my obs once i open any online games while streaming

Hello, my name is Greth.
I have OBS problem on my laptop.

When i start streaming, it works fine (green) at 4000bitrate.
and it was doing fine until i run Genshin Impact, or Dead by Daylight or any other online game.
The game itself was on a good ping meanwhile my obs turns red so it was lagging on my streaming platform.
Then, when i closed that game, the indicator turns green from red.


whats wrong with my settings?
Any solutions will be a good help for me.

Try disabling HAGS

i did turn off HAGS, but still nothing changed.
it still red.

any other solution?

Dropped frames, "insufficient bandwidth" according to the log. You have some kind of network issue. See:

Dear Friend,
At last, i found the problem by myself.
i have no problem with HAGS or Bandwidth.

The problem on my laptop is only one.
I tried to turn of Network Boost on my Lenovo Vantage, then it works fine like new.
