Red Box - Internet is fine

hey guys, so when i load up OBS and put desktop capture on my k/bs is around 4500, once i load a game (warzone) it drops down (200kbs) and goes red and im unable to stream anything.

my computer prioritizes internet speed when my game is up which i found out only a few days ago, i dont know how to change this. i noticed this because when COD is up and running i was doing a internet speed test and it was low, close the game its back to 90-100mbs down 13-20mbs up

you bitrate is to low for 1080p50 look here and when you want a good stream set your display refreshrate to 120hz and use 30fps in obs cap your fps in the game to 120 120/30=4 so the grabber can grab every 4 frame !

is anithing wrong with you network device it hast one 100mbps not 1000


did you have installed any VPN software ?
