Recurring random Video and Audio stutter

I am using OBS for house of worship streaming. During every service there are usually two short intervals of audio and/or audio and video stutters (about 1 to 3 seconds in length). Their placement relative to the service appears random. The OBS logs (attached) are not helpful to me. OBS says it didn't drop any frames. My computer CPU, GPU, Memory, Networks, and drives are lightly loaded (CPU and GPU never over 50%). I am running in "as administrator" mode. I have review many forum posts and many YouTube posts and haven't found anything obvious to help.

I have tried stressing the computer while streaming to aggravate the issue, but was unsuccessful in causing the issue to be more frequent.

I stream both live video as well as pre-recorded video. I have two PTZoptics NDI cameras connect to a quad port gigabit NIC on my Dell XPS 8930 Gaming Computer. My streaming connection is an integrated Killer Networks. Audio for the live video is analog input from a sound board via integrated RealTek Audio.

This issue has been resolved. Unnecessary SSD activity was stalling OBS. Stopping the applications causing the unnecessary SSD activity solved the problem.
