Recurring Random Audio and Video Stutter while live streaming

I am a house of worship streaming both live video and prerecorded video to Facebook. While streaming an 1 hour service, once or twice during the stream at random times there are audio and video stuttering for about 3 seconds. I have attached my log for the session. My GPU and CPU are never more than 50% utilize. My configuration is a single computer with two PTZoptics NDI cameras directly attached (i.e. no switches). Live sound is from a sound board. My computer is a Dell XPS 8930 Gaming Computer (SKU 081893)
Intel Core i7 9700 3.0GHz Processor (8 cores)
NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6
32GB DDR4-2666 RAM
1TB SSD
Two 10/100/1000 NICs (one is integrated Killer Networking)
1 Quad port 10/100/100 NIC
WiFi 4.2 WLAN (disabled)
Windows 10 Pro
Two HD Monitors
1 Projector
Integrated Realtek Audio

I use the integrated Killer Networking NIC for my streaming connection. The other NICs are for cameras and NDI remote monitor.

You can see from the log I run in administrator mode.

I have reviewed as many forum/YouTube articles as I can but haven't found a solution. I have also tried stressing the computer while steaming to aggravate the issue, but with out success.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

This issue has been resolved. Unnecessary SSD activity was stalling OBS. Stopping the applications causing the unnecessary SSD activity solved the problem.

We ran the windows task manager and watched disk usage on the performance page. With more luck than skill we noticed the SSD going to 100% utilization periodically that had nothing to do with the streaming. Things we disabled were:
* "Killer Networking" optimization software
* All "Dell*" services
* Onedrive from starting up on boot
* Skype from starting up on boot.
Since then, we have not had any problems. One additional thing we do is preview every MP3 & MP4 (with close on inactive not checked) prior to going live.
