I am a house of worship streaming both live video and prerecorded video to Facebook. While streaming an 1 hour service, once or twice during the stream at random times there are audio and video stuttering for about 3 seconds. I have attached my log for the session. My GPU and CPU are never more than 50% utilize. My configuration is a single computer with two PTZoptics NDI cameras directly attached (i.e. no switches). Live sound is from a sound board. My computer is a Dell XPS 8930 Gaming Computer (SKU 081893)
Intel Core i7 9700 3.0GHz Processor (8 cores)
NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6
32GB DDR4-2666 RAM
1TB SSD
Two 10/100/1000 NICs (one is integrated Killer Networking)
1 Quad port 10/100/100 NIC
WiFi 4.2 WLAN (disabled)
Windows 10 Pro
Two HD Monitors
1 Projector
Integrated Realtek Audio
I use the integrated Killer Networking NIC for my streaming connection. The other NICs are for cameras and NDI remote monitor.
You can see from the log I run in administrator mode.
I have reviewed as many forum/YouTube articles as I can but haven't found a solution. I have also tried stressing the computer while steaming to aggravate the issue, but with out success.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
