Recover audio from recording

Anyone possibly know a way to recover audio from a recording where i had my earphones connected but when i rewatched the recording back, i couldnt hear anything until i disconnected the earphones from my mac. Any support would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Unfortunately no. There's no recording except for what you have there, and what you have is what you have. No hidden tracks, unless you had them enabled in Settings -> Output -> Advanced mode -> Recording tab, and fed them from the Advanced Audio Properties. Sorry.
