Records like it's a power point presentation

Hello, I've been using OBS for a year and a half now and this problem started around 3 months ago.

I tried to record one day and it would give me an error message, don't remember it exactly but it was something along the lines of "The recording crashed" or "OBS failed to start recording"(after recording for 20 seconds or so). I ended up messing with settings to try and see if that would help, but the best I could do is get rid of the error. Nothing has helped and it's started to make my games stutter.

Another piece of information (because it might just be my computer), I mainly record Minecraft but around the time OBS stopped working properly I would easily crash to normal features that have never lagged my computer at all. I don't think that it's my computer though because I've tested with other recording software and they all run just fine and my game will run smoothly. I could move to the other software but I much prefer OBS.
I still have all my test recordings and a link to the video I posted thinking that it wasn't lagging (When I got the error to go away).

Any idea what may be causing this issue? And do you need any other info?

You are low on RAM, running Norton 360, and you are using Chroma Keying (CPU intensive)
Your log is NOT from a recording or streaming (30 seconds or so should be fine) session,
