Hello ,i feel like my head is gonna blow up :| I try to record 60fps in 1080p Titanfall2. I have 100fps in the game and the recording is 1080p but it looks like it have 30fps. I can't understand ,i am trying for hours various ways to fix it but didint find one !
RIG :
FX 8370-E
GTX 970
16GB RAM
I can't understand what isn't working ok...also if you can ,give me just "global.ini" file.

Logs shows way too much encoding problems.
Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1233/1611 (76.5%)

Try one of these:
1. Try NVENC encoder if possible.
2. For x264 encoder 1080p 60fps, Switch to SuperFast or UltraFast for less CPU usage and less encoder problems, at a cost of less quality or bigger filesize.
3. Reduce resolution and/or frame rate.

sory, didn't see the encoding lag...sure, than it's more a CPU bottleneck than GPU.
But to eliminate the rendering lag, you need a FPS limit that leaves some GPU headroom.

Looks absolutely normal for a recording of a game without fps limit and ingame fps juming all over the place (ingame fps should be compatible with recording fps).
If you lock the game fps to 60, you should get a smooth video.
How to do that?
Option 1: Set monitor to 60Hz and enable vsync in game
Option 2: Set max framerate to 60 ingame (if the game has such an option)
Option 3: install MSI Afterburner and use the Rivatuner Statistics Server that comes with it to limit fps

Now that I look at your log file, your bitrate might be too high for x264 or preset is too slow, or CRF might be too low. For x264 encoder,
1. Set preset to SuperFast or UltraFast for less CPU usage, at a cost of less quality or bigger filesize
2. Set CRF to more like 20
3. Set bitrate to more like 30000 or less, bitrate can be zero (ignore this option) when using variable bit rate (VBR) and CRF.
