Question / Help Records are laggy

I can play this game with more than 300 fps ... I can play all new games with no lags and without problems.
Do you really think that this 60 FPS cause this ?

I Forgot to say that I downskale my res to 1280x720

It's the recording resolution at that FPS, may be causing a conflict with the resolution you're playing at. Let me continue reviewing your log file to make sure.

I just tried my game res (1600x1200) with 60 and 30 FPS they are lagy like the 1920x1080 60 fps version :(

Have you tried playing the game at 1920x1080 which is your monitor resolution? also, uncheck the 'aero' box and try it. There's a video conflict with your gaming resolution and your monitor resolution when recording. You may be able to play just fine, but the recording software is conflicting with the resolution...if i'm understanding the log file correctly. But again, try checking first the aero box. Then try playing at 1920x1080 only when recording.

The Aero checkbox is completely useless in Windows 8, since you can't disable Aero in Win 8.
Set crf to 18 instead of 12. But judging from the lack of skipped frames and duplicated frames, it's impossible for the recording to lag.

But like you can see in the video it laggs :(
