Whenever I recorded using OBS there would be grid-like patterns and the video was laggy even though my games frames were good, I improved my settings but the problem still arises but its less obvious. The lag is subtle but some frames are skipped and occasionally there are grid-like patterns appearing a few milliseconds. I tried switching my encoder to something else, but x256 is the only on available for me. I want to get back to recording content again so can someone please help me, It would be much appreciated.
