Recordings terminating unexpectedly

I use OBS to record regularly as an interviewer. Today it has suddenly stopped capturing the last few minutes of each interview. Any idea how to sort this out. Am attaching the two relevant log files

Try changing your recording encoder to software (x264, low cpu usage, increased filesize)

Thanks for the very speedy response - I suspected that might be the problem looking at the log but am only semi-tech literate - will investigate that right now! Any thoughts on why it suddenly should have started doing this - I've been using it for over 4 years without this happening before today!!?

It had been set to hardware encoding (as per first screen shot) Have now reset it - will test before my next interview!!! Thank you for the help :-)

most likely cause for the sudden change would be a GPU driver or windows update affecting things outside of obs.

W11 updates have frequently messed with the audio settings for sure! I now recheck them all after every update having only recorded me on a couple of occasions. I had noticed today that it was coming up with a "stopping" message in the start/stop recording box which I had not seen before and which had made me wonder about some sort of lag too but I had - probably stupidly - forced the stop, on both occasions. <sigh>
