Question / Help Recordings/Streams's monitor frozen for the first 10~ish minutes, then is fine for the rest

From the start to about 10 mins in (9:50) The monitor capture is completely frozen.

I included one of my log files where it happened (I think)

This doesn't happen with nvidia's program shadowplay.

I tried switching encoders, lowering bitrate and changing downscale filter. I'm new to streaming and don't know what else I should try.

My specs are GTX 970, FX-6300 @4.1Gghz, 8gb ram Win10

I found a fix/work around: I kept monitor display, but put "game display" (that I didn't have before) between my Video capture device and Display Capture.

No more freezes, no more lag, the whole stream was great.
