20 minute recordings use to be able to stay under 1 GB pretty easily. Now a 20 minute recording might take up 20 GB. I'm not sure what caused it but the only changes I've made was adding a second audio track and switching the location of my recordings. All my settings should've been the same. I'm recording content with the same amount of motion. Can someone please help?

You're recording in 2k with a 15 CQ level, which will produce a large file. Are you sure this where the settings you used in the past?
Can you do a test installing a portable version of the OBS 27.2.4 (using the zip file)
It's recommended to use MKV as file container as mp4 may be irrecuperable if anything fails.
