Recordings low quality. Not tech savvy. please help.

On my laptop i saved lots of obs videos. and recently when i went to watch they are all low quality. I just used the recommended settings. On youtube there was video but some of my settings were differnet and changing the resolutions and fps did not seem to help any. My laptop is pretty old but can play high quality youtube or other videos.

Your display has a resolution of 1366x768, so set Settings > Video > Canvas resolution and Output resolution both to this value.
