Question / Help Recordings look fuzzy and laggy

Hi, I tried to record a few games with OBS but every time I play the recording back it looks all fuzzy and the framerate is really stuttery. While recording everything is fine, its just the the video when I'm done recording this happens. I just wanna record nice looking gameplay. And also these are my PC specs if it help, what I have is decent enough for recording right?

Intel i5 3470 3.6Ghz
4GB RAM
HD Radeon 7700 1GB GDDR5

I tried to use those setting and played around with it but now the videoplayback is a little less fuzzier but still stuttery (recorded at 30 fps). Ingame it looks fine but after recording, I still have the same problem

Thats why I said I played around with it. The settings I'm using were more stable than the one in the guide

Use the settings from the guide and set the x264 preset to ultrafast.

No you won't.

The faster the x264 preset sounds, the LESS cpu use it has, not more.
