recordings lag & freeze

So when I record, I have 2 monitors so I can see OBS recording and I can see my game. When I watch the game, its about 74-60 fps depending on the game, when I watch the recording, its a bit slower and choppier but OBS says its at 60 in the settings. Then when I watch the finished recording, it is either about 4 fps, or completely freezes on 1 frame for about 3 minutes. I changed the Process Priority to Above Normal like google said, but it still happened. I've never been able to record a normal video with OBS since I made my first recording, which wasn't frozen most of the time but it WAS laggy. I want to start on my youtube channel but I cannot because OBS is not working.

edit: I am re installing OBS

well, that didn't do anything. (re installing) I played a bit of rocket league (in training arena thing) and recorded that, as well as paint 3d. Paint 3d is literally just as smooth as I saw it while drawing, but rocket league (like I said) freezes in the video. This does not make much sense to me, as I can see on my 2nd monitor that the framerate while I was recording them was the same. please help explain to me why it is laggy... (and microsoft game mode is off btw)

As you reinstalled, please use the Auto-configuration Wizard (Tools menu) and apply the recommended settings (you can change them later)
Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

https://obsproject.com/logs/bmOixNCrQZLPwsSK - log file [WRONG] this is the log file but it is not a log file of a recording, so no this is not the correct log file. I AM MAKING A NEW

When I analyze it, one of the problems says to fix rendering lag I need to enable vsync (I don't know how to), or I need to choose a reasonable frame rate for my pc. 60 is a pretty reasonable frame rate for my pc, (which I already have it set to) and I think so because most games actually try to go past a 60 fps cap that I don't know how to take off of them.

I also have an Audio Output Capture that shows up in the Audio Mixer, but also the Desktop Audio shows up in the audio mixer so do I even need my Audio Output Capture?

In the analyzer, it says "OBS is running on an Intel iGPU. This hardware is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming and running obs. Situations where only sources from e.g. cameras and capture cards are used might work." how would I make it so only sources from a capture card is used?

https://obsproject.com/logs/oaR_Omrnun-fJLiU - NEW LOG FILE

I am not 100% sure that this log file is the correct file of the recording, because all other recording log files have things like "95.5% GPU BEING USED AAAAAA" when I go into the analyze tab. but other than that, all my questions are int he message above

Please read the yellow issues.
Also, follow the recommendations in blue.

As you're using a iGPU your system may not be up for what you want. Probably you need to lower the fps to 30 or lower the resolution to 720p 60fps or 30 fps. Even doing this may not work correctly.

And please remove from your system this malware:
10:12:54.222: McAfee VirusScan: enabled (AV)
10:12:54.223: McAfee Firewall: enabled (FW)

After that, do again the test. Please do a test as mentioned before, not just start OBS and upload a log file.

Pretty sure that's not malware, I use McAfee as an antivirus.
