Question / Help Recordings come out terrible and super choppy

It basically just comes out super choppy once my recording is finished.
Settings:
Output Mode: Advanced
Recording tab -
Type: Standard
Generate File Name without space is unchecked
Recording Format: mp4
Audio Track: 1
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Rescale Output is unchecked but set to 1920x1080
Custom Muxer Settings: Nothing Here
Rate Control: CQP
CQP: 15
Keyframe Interval: 0
Preset: High Quality
Profile: high
Level: Auto
Use Two-Pass Encoding is checked
GPU: 0
B-Frames:2
PC SPECS -
Windows 10
16 gigabytes of ram
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4130 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
64 BIT
GPU: GT 740

That PC is a bit underpowered to be running 1080p60fps. Try lowering output resolution to 720p60fps.

Thank you very much it seems to be working so far I will be updating my pc soon to a gtx 1080 and a core i7 processor with 32 gb of ram will that be able to do 1080p60fps? (I would expect it to)

That PC is a bit underpowered to be running 1080p60fps. Try lowering output resolution to 720p60fps.

It's still has certain parts in the video where it becomes choppy like it turns choppy for like 5 seconds at a time every once in a while then goes back to normal.

Might need to go to 720p 30fps then, if you're still getting skips and choppyness at 60fps.

A current-gen i7 with a 1080 should be more than enough for 1080p 60fps.

Ok thanks and I fixed my problem with 60 fps so I'm fine :)
