Hi there, I have tried about every setting possible, and yet my recordings are still looking very bad.
OS: Windows 10
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970
Log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/vu1wDcKQlwfLtQrL
Here's what I have tried:
-Video Settings:
-Tried 30 & 60 fps. Didn't make much of a difference
-Base res is 1920x1080, I tried setting output res as 1920x1080 and 1280x720.
-I've tried every single scaling filter, none of these made much difference
-Output Settings:
-Primarily tried using the NVIDIA encoder as everyone seems to think it's better than x264
-Tried CBR (2500-12000), VBR (2500-60000), and CQP (15-20). None of these changes had much of an impact
-Changed recording format from mkv to mov and mp4. No effect based on format.
-Usually keep keyframe at 0 and preset to quality or performance.
I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point. Let me know.
Thank you.
