Recording zoom meetings

I used to be able to record both audio and video on Zoom meetings. Now the audio in Mac Screen Capture does not receive anything and the video, although it displays, does not record. I just get what initially displays on the screen in the recording. What has changed to cause this and how can I fix it?
 
I have same issue for Windows. I used to able to record video/audio for zoom meetings. Now i cant record it via OBS's screen capture, however, i can view the zoom meeting. The OBS recorded video show's everything except the Zoom meeting windows vanished.

Is it some new features enabled in Zoom to block OBS screen capturing? Or any new OBS setting should be chosen?
