Question / Help Recording works, Live Stream gives Black Screen

Hi All
I just started to stream again. But I got a problem with my Live Stream.
I record and live stream at the same time. My Recordings are working nice, but with my live stream I got problems.

Recording:
-Works perfectly

Live Stream:
-Game Screen is Black
-Not-Ingame -> 1/4 of Screen shown (Upper Left Corner)
-Wallpaper Engine Wallpaper not shown

Can anyone help me out?
I stream in HD, my Monitor Resoultion is 1920x1080. With only one monitor active.
My Internet Connection is nice, down right in OBS its always green.
Im using the latest OBS Version. 20.X.
