For automated analysis, you can submit log to OBS Studio Analyzer (see my .sig) . there are obvious major issues

Either Recording settings are way off (and CBR wrong thing generally to use for Recording vs a Quality based Rate Control. and not sure from memory if a CRF of 23 with CBR is really high or low.)
And then there is what else is going on at Operating System and GPU level
