Recording wont stop, then when i pressed again it started to record new, But my previous recording was not saved.

So i was recording a video, then when i tried to save the video it said "Stopping Video" (Not my first time to see, when i force close it will be typically be saved on show recording) now instead of force closing i tried to click the "Stopping recording" then when i clicked it started to record a new recording. But when i looked at "Show Recording" my video file was not there, instead it saved the new recording. What do i do? where can i find the original recording? how to retrieve it? PLEASE help

Max audio buffer? skipped video encoding at almost 64%... nothing usable coming from such a recording
Either Recording settings are way off (and CBR wrong thing generally to use for Recording vs a Quality based Rate Control. and not sure from memory if a CRF of 23 with CBR is really high or low.)
And then there is what else is going on at Operating System and GPU level
